1. Pull the valve open with your hands.
2. Gently bite or seal the water outlet with your teeth or lips, ensuring there are no leaks.
3. Inhale and draw water from the bag into your mouth.
4. If the water flow is not smooth, adjust the biting position slightly (refer to the video).

How to get rid of the plastic taste?
There are several ways
1.Baking soda: Mix with warm water. Soak for 2-4h. Empty, rinse, dry it.
2.Vinegar: Mix with warm water(50:50). Shake the solution around the bladder. Soak, empty, dry it.
3.1/4 cups of lemon juice: Soak, empty, dry it.
Can I put beverage in the bladder?
We do not suggest putting any carbonated beverages such as coke, soda, beer etc. It may leak due to the pressure.
In addition, it is not recommended to pack any hot drinks, like chocolate or coffee. Heat can cause damage to the bladder.
